Cancellation Policy

At LTC Tax Service, LLC, we value your time and ours. Please review our consultation booking policy carefully before scheduling your appointment. 1. Consultation Fee: All consultations require a non-refundable payment of $75, due at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed online through our website. 2. Scheduling & Confirmation: Clients must select their desired date and time first, then proceed with payment to confirm the booking. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation including your payment receipt, appointment date, and additional details. 3. Booking Window: Consultations must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your desired appointment time. 4. Availability: From November through January, consultations are available only on Mondays and Tuesdays due to the high volume of tax season activity. 5. Follow-Up Communication: After booking, you will receive a follow-up email and/or phone call to confirm your appointment details and ensure you’re prepared for your consultation. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Because consultation fees are non-refundable, we encourage you to carefully select your date. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you within the available days. 7. Disclaimer: Consultations are for informational and advisory purposes only. Completion of a consultation does not establish a client-preparer relationship until a separate service agreement is signed and accepted.
